Returns Policy: Unless otherwise noted specifically on a product page- should an item arrive to you damaged, not as described/ordered, you may return the unworn/unused item for a refund WITHIN 7 BUSINESS DAYS. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) otherwise, return shipping costs are your (the customers) responsibility. Please note that there are no returns for custom made dance dresses unless the item received is not the item ordered. You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in most cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it and the time for your bank to clear the funds.
